Sorry I haven't posted a NYC lunch in a while. When I get serious about training, not that I'm not always serious, I pack all of my meals. Friday was lunch from KuKu Canteen on Mercer Street. I had their grilled chicken salad with a side of Kimchi (they sent a whole pint). If you haven't had kimchi, but you like spicy foods and eat your vegetables, you need to try some ASAP. You can find it in jars at Whole Foods or specialty markets and also at any real Korean restaurant. This was pretty good. The chicken wasn't swimming in grease or oil, the greens were fresh and because I had this awesome spicy pickled cabbage to eat, I didn't need any 'mystery' dressing.
